Let's break this guarantee into its separate components:

1. We can convert any Centura application to Java or. NET.

We will not give our fixed price quote if we cannot convert your application. To date, we have reviewed many different projects and there has been none, which we cannot convert successfully and completely.

If you have accepted our fixed price quote to convert your Centura Team Developer application using our services and tools, we guarantee that you will never pay 100% of the quote until your defined success criteria is met by 100%.

You will not doubt be able to verify all of this after completing the conversion of your prototype application.

2. We provide a fixed quote in terms of price and time. If however, the time is exceeded your price is still fixed.

This is not strictly true. We will provide you a fixed price for the entire effort involved in migrating your Centura Team Developer application using our services and tools if the conversion is performed at our location. If the conversion is to be performed outside of our offices there will be, at least, an additional 50% charge plus expenses.

We will give you a time frame we expect to complete the project, if however the project is completed ahead of schedule or the project is completed, no more than 50%, after the total number of days estimated, the price is always fixed.

If we take more than 50% extra of the quoted days, we will reduce our costs as suggested in our Project Agreement.

We will ask for a down payment of between 10 and 30% of the total cost of conversion. This amount is non-refundable. We will define a project payment by milestone guide before commencing the project.

We also guarantee that the cost of converting your prototype will only be the cost of our expenses and this prototype is free for 28 days of development.

3. You do not pay in full for the conversion.

We do NOT charge you for the 97% conversion, which is performed by our automated tool (unless otherwise stated in any Partner Agreement); you will only play for the 3% conversion.

4. You do not pay in full for the conversion until your success criteria (which you define) is met by 100%.

You will define your success criteria and this is how the converted application will be judged, along with system testing and benchmark performance testing.

When we have completed our own SibAnts Software testing, we will transfer the generated executable files for you to test. When you are satisfied with your new converted application we only then ask for payment.

On receipt of that payment we will transfer your converted source code (this may differ from Project to Project but this is our preferred method).
